How can I reactivate my account?

I cancelled my Ting account a few months ago because Ting, at that time, was unable to activate iPhones. Now that Ting can activate iPhone, I would like to come back, very much. Can I reopen the same account or do I need to start fresh?

    I've taken the liberty of re-activating your account for you.  You should be able to log in right away and get started.

Your customer service is beyond compare. I literally was thrown into silence the first time I called the service line and a human answered immediately! Took me a second to process it. Love you guys and I’m very glad to be coming back.

  • For anyone who may see this post while looking for answers, please note that if you want to have a cancelled account restored you need to reach out to us. It is the only way in place right now to restore these accounts.

  • I need help . My account has been interrupted do to non payments . But my card was charged 140$ from ting. How can I get my service back on ? Or atleast an extention ?. I work very far from my daughter and she usualy Calles me so I would always have my phone up to date but it's disconnected need help .!.

  • If you need immediate access, it may be quicker to call Ting. Their knowledgeable support people actually answer the phone!
