What is the model number of these phones (SM-G900PSPR?), and do/will they support Spark(tm)?  Just bought two and want to get  a jump ahead on accessories.

  • Hey Rodger. The Samsung Galaxy S5 we sell is model SPHG900BKS (black model) or SPHG900WTS (white model). They all support the triband LTE technology if that's available in your area.

  • I have a Samsung S5 used. It works great except. I have family mobile plan,unlimited everything. I make and receive calls,messages. However I can only use data with WIFI. I talked to their tech on phone and tried some things to no avail. The previous provider was Verizon.

  • Hey Mike.

    It sounds like you might just need to play around with your APN settings a little bit to see if you can get them working properly. If you haven't already entered them in, they can be found here -- https://help.ting.com/hc/en-us/articles/205428698-GSM-Android-APN-Settings. If you have entered them in and this did not resolve the issue, you might have the option to choose a default T-Mobile APN under your settings. Try selecting that and see if you have access to mobile data.
