my phone has no mobile service for last 2 days. Help

I just activated my phone but there is NO SERVICE and my test call to your 855 # didn't go through since there is no service I imagine. Help! New user may need some help breaking this new phone and service in.
I had a look at your support tickets and the issue looks to be a coverage issue as your area only has an LTE signal (band 12) so your device would not connect for talk and text unless VoLTE capable, you could try enabling VoLTE from Settings > Cellular > Cellular data options (tap enable LTE and set that to voice and data if possible)
