Why can't I make calls? Where my phone used to say Sprint it now says NO SERVICE. Why?

i joined yesterday, i have other lines i wanted to connect, problem is i dont have any service! no phone, no text, cant find you in my phone either, i need this now, it business, i have to have full service now! if not i switch back to boost. 614-778-3864 john george
Hey John,I'd suggest running the activation steps once more to see if you can get the device connected, give this a shot:
If you're still having trouble after that I'd suggest reaching out to support to check the local towers and help troubleshoot the issue further.
Have no serious today, never had this problem with years without issues. How do I tell if it's on your end or my end, zip 48085?
The best way to check for major outages is via our Ting status page but for a particular ZIP its best to reach out to support ...before we do that its always best to try resetting your connection to the network. For your device that would mean running a couple of quick updates:
Reset subscriber settingsConnect to a Wi-Fi networkTap the Phone and pull up the Keypad.Dial ##25327# Tap the green call button.When the Reset subscriber settings message appears, tap Dismiss.Once the Waiting for activation message appears, tap Dismiss.
Service updateConnect to a Wi-Fi network.Tap the Phone and pull up the Keypad.Dial ##873283#Tap the green call button.A Starting service update message will appear, tap Dismiss.If the update is successful a Service update complete message will appear, tap Dismiss.
