Hey Daniel! You can update your billing information by logging into your Ting account and going to Account Settings, or we can help you by phone.
At this time I have stopped temporarily TING services to my residence at 424 Indian Hill Rd, Holly Springs, NC. I now wish to restart the services as of 20 March 2020 as I will be returning to the US a few days after. Please confirm that this request is received and you will "flip the switch on" at my house on that date. Thanks for your help! Robert SCHEIDIG
We cannot authenticate your account and re-activate things from a community post. You've got 3 options to get in touch, though:
1) The fastest option is to give us a quick call at 919-753-4126 (our phone lines are open 24/7 with no phone tree to navigate)
2) Another great option is to use the Live Chat feature found at Ting.com/support and start a chat with one of our agents. This is also open 24/7.
3) The third option, usually for less time-sensitive matters, is to send us an email to email@example.com
Since you said you don't wish for your service to resume until March 20th, email ill likely be fine since that provides more than a 2 week buffer :) If you choose to email, please make sure it's from the email address registered to your Ting account.
