Having some serious trouble here, at my wits' end. Hopefully you can help me. I've had a Note 2 SPH-L900 for several months now, and it had been working flawlessly. I decided to root it yesterday, and did so with no trouble. I flashed the TWRP recovery onto the phone. I then used the Samsung Galaxy Note II Toolkit desktop application to create a nandroid backup. I then flashed Macksrom Allstar 5.0. My phone still worked fine at this point. However, I didn't particularly like the rom, so I decided to flash the Alliance Rom. My phone refused to boot, and I discovered that this rom was compatible only with the European version of the phone. I restored my nandroid backup, only to discover that the phone would not boot past the lockscreen. Every time it started to load, it would drop back to the boot animation, repeat a few times, and then return to the lockscreen for a second or two, only to repeat the whole process ad nauseum. Horrified at what must have been a damaged backup, I flashed the phone back to Macksrom. This is where I am now. Every aspect of the phone works except for the mobile network connection. The notifier appears saying "Preparing Network" and just stays there. I can't call, text, or use mobile data.
