Hi all. Just switched to Ting this week and love it so far!
So I'm tying up loose ends after porting my Verizon numbers, and they're charging a $50 cancellation fee per line. One of the lines has not been under contract since 2010, and the other line's contract was up in May this year.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Seems to me my only responsibility to them would be to pay my final bill, not to also pay a cancellation fee when I didn't break a contract early.
