I have activated a new Brio. I have been able to activate and receive emails through my work account (only as a test, I have since deleted that email data). I have not been able to activate my personal gmail account, which is what I need on my phone. It tells me that the username or password is wrong. I have recently received a notice while on chrome that someone had been trying to access my gmail account from www.seven.com. Which, after inspection, seems like the candidate for my Brio Activation. I did not get any answers from customer service that have worked. I would love to hear thoughts here.
BTW, I have used this keycode # # 36245257 # to clear my email data.
