I realize this is "ask Ting", but I wanted this to be directed straight at you publicly, so just move it if it belongs in another forum.
I just want to say thank you for using FedEx.
The phone I recently purchased from you was supposed to arrive yesterday. When it didn't show up by the time I thought it would, I checked the tracking number, and discovered it had a delivery exception flagged for a bad apartment number. So I called FedEx Customer Service, and after checking with their stuff it seems the driver just ended up in the wrong area and flagged it despite the address being correct. They've delivered to my apartment complex before, so this was an odd screwup on their part.
But that's not the point.
The FedEx CS rep sent an address update to the local office along with my phone number to retry delivery today. 30 minutes ago I got a call from a FedEx manager who'd ended up on the wrong side of one of our crazy "split avenues" in this area of town, requesting directions to get to me. 5 minutes later I was being handed the package containing my phone. By a manager. On a Saturday.
That's the point - they handled it awesomely. I've yet to experience Ting CS firsthand, but from everything I hear, I'd say you picked a great match for CS by choosing FedEx as your delivery partner.
