Samsung Galaxy S11 Won't Work

We ported our numbers and it says the devices are activated. Yet, they won't update the PRL's or profiles, and I keep getting an error code 67 that the registration is invalid. Any suggestions on what to do to get it working?

  • Need more information on the situation.

    These S2s are originally from Ting or did they come through BYOD? Were they active on Ting already with new Ting numbers, and the only thing that has changed was the newly ported numbers? Or did you choose to port numbers as part of activation?

    Can you make/receive phone calls and only data/PRL/profile doesn't work, or are they not functioning at all?

  • I just sent you an email Allan that I hope contains all of the info that you need to get your phone activated.

    For anyone else reading this, error 67 is an error you'll receive when your phone is attempting to access the internet through a cell tower, but is unable to.

    Common reasons why the phone can't access cellular data include the phone being on Wi-Fi, data being blocked from your Ting account but not on your Ting phone, and being out of coverage or roaming.
