Ting Phone Has Stopped Connecting To Sprint Airave

Lately my Ting phone has stopped connecting to my Sprint account Airave, my Sprint phone still connects to it just fine. I think this happened around the time Ting was having issues. Can someone please look into this?

    The main things I'd suggest doing are resetting the phone and resetting the Airave.

    It's possible that the maximum number of connections have been reached on the Airave and that's the problem. We could always try re-syncing your Ting phone with the network and seeing if that does it.

    I'll email you steps on how to do that, but if none of this works, I'd suggest calling Sprint's Airave support as the device is active with them so there may be a lot more that they can tell you than we can.
