I was really excited to move to Ting, I love the business model and couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. But now that I've been moved over for the last couple of months, I have to say, I'm really reconsidering my decision due to no signal and continually dropping calls. I purchased an S2 from Ting and I work in downtown Chicago, so it's not like I'm in a area of bad service. The person that sits next to me has an S3, is also on Sprints network (direct with Sprint) and suffers none of the issues that I have.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is there anything that I can do to fix this?
