Airave telling me to call advanced tech support

I have been using the Airave without incident for several months up until yesterday when it switched to the following status: Broadband=Green, GPS=Green, Network=Red, Mobile=Flashing Red. The manual says that this indicates "Internet is working but secure connection to Sprint network is not. Call Advanced Tech Support for AIRAVE."

Never seen this before, either through Ting or in the year and a half with an Airave through Sprint directly. Ting Support just gave me instructions to restart the router and modem, fixes seemingly unrelated to what the LEDs are telling me.  Anybody else have this issue?

  • We did the pin hole reset each day and finally, yesterday, it went to all greens.  Not sure what changed unless it truly was something on Sprint's end.
