Sprint Network Down???

Since yesterday(7/10/13) I have had no signal from the Sprint network at all! I have had zero issues with it up until yesterday. I restarted my phone and updated the PRL and still nothing. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on??? My zip code is 13417. Thank you.

  • Any luck yet?  Personally had no issues yesterday myself, but I am not in your area.  Might be possible they were doing some maintenance?  Or like what happened a few months ago to me... someone maybe wrecked into the tower! xD

  • Scott, the tower closest to you is down, so that would be why. Sprint is aware, though I don't have a timeframe for how long until it's repaired.

  • Glad I found this.  I am in 13413 and have been experiencing the same issues...still today.  Hope this gets repaired soon!!

  • Hi William, I have an update for you. The towers by your house were down from July 11th to the 14th. Good news, however, they went back up online at 8:00am CST today. There was a slight blip earlier in the morning, but overall the tower should be good. If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out to us via email.

  • I'm still having a very spotty connection for 13417. Just tried updating my PRL and didn't seem to help much if at all. Is there anything else I can do?

  • Called support today..the closest tower is still down and no eta as to when it will be back online. Frustrating as I am dropping texts as well.

  • they have until tomorrow to get this stuff fixed or I'm cancelling my contract I just got the phones on the 12th of July and have to go through this I've been out of service for 4 days

  • for 11 days now new service I got a bill for a whole month or two hundred and sixty dollars already and I've been without service for 45 days they got a refund my money and I'm going to cancel this contract is this is a bunch of baloney
