About had it with you guys...(last ditch try)

Copying my message here because I don't know what else to try.

I have been trying to get service with ting for over a month now. Website not working...problems buying device through website...I email for help and several days later get an email saying they are taking extra long and will be back in a couple days...then another saying it's been a couple days and I've probably already been helped so they are deleting my request- well, no! of course I haven't been helped because no one is answering my email and I can't get a PHONE to call you with.

I finally was advised to buy an appropriate phone direct from glyde instead of through website from another ting customer who was able to contact you. Your site says this phone is approved when I submit ESN for check. Then when I go to activate it it says the ESN is in use. I have reset the phone to factory settings 4 times. What do I have to do to get this thing to work and finally use your service? If I don't hear back in 2 days I am getting a refund on phone and using a different provider, this is ridiculous.
