Josh in Tech Support is Super!

Not sure how to express my gratitude, but Josh Sandomirsky in tech support went above and beyond in his support.  I had an issue that was related to a purchase, but was really a Sprint Network outage.  Josh continued to monitor the network status day after day (including weekends); providing the latest.  Along the way, he did a great job translating the technical root cause to how it impacted me.

All with a sense of zest, care and a brownie recipe to boot.  While the Sprint cover is sometimes lacking, not Ting: they all have a way of delivering the personal touch in a tech industry.

Thanks to all at Ting that has ever helped me.

  • Hey Les, Josh loved working with you too! We were actually talking about that brownie recipe last night and it inspired me to go home and bake my own. I will be sure to pass along the praise to him, I know he will be happy to hear it.
