I have pretty much always been on Verizon, Sprint, and CDMA Ting. My voicemails always seemed to be stored in my actual phone, accessible by the voicemail app. I have since bought a LG G2 and moved to Ting's GSM service. Now it seems the only way to access my voicemail is to call the voicemail number which you can do several ways. Is that just the way voicemail works on a GSM system? Is there a voicemail app I can install that will function like what I'm used to?
Does voicemail on GSM work different than CDMA?
