I submitted a ting request, but thought I should post here too. Here is the story;
"I am an existing cdma customer, switched to gsm moto-x 2 days ago (byod, verified ok on ting byod page).
I can make phone calls but there is no data. I called ting support and they said that the APN needed to be configured. When I went to that tab, it says "access point names not available for this user". Ting support says that may mean the phone is locked, but in fact when I turned off wifi I can make a cell call just fine, but data is not available. The phone was advertised as unlocked and in fact appears to be unlocked in that I can make a cell call. When I turn off wifi, I also see an exclamation point next to the triangular bars. That goes away when wifi is enabled."
