A way to see usage distributed by phone

It would be nice to be able to split out the bill by phone.

So for instance, if one person used 100 minutes and the other used 400, that $9 would show as $7.20 for one phone and $1.80 for the other. That way, roommates (for instance) can know how much each person should pay.

    This used to be a feature. I do not understand why this feature was discontinued. I need to see which phone is using the data.
