I am disabled and get paid once a month. My due date is at a horrible time. I think you should be allowed to change your due date if needed. I would hate to lose service with Ting over something so silly!
I'm not a Ting customer but I am thinking about switching and Ting is one of the companies I'm looking into. I think there should be the ability to change billing dates.

You must call or chat with Ting support to have that changed.

Apparently, I was mistaken. As of a year ago, there were no plans to implement this feature.
