I want to make sure my picture message on my account is activated.

I am not able to sent photos via texting. I can receive them.

  • Depending on whether your phone is CDMA or GSM, theyr may be additional activation steps needed on the phone.
    You can check the network permissions at https://ting.com/account/devices and clicking on the device name. On many phones "Can use data" needs to be on for picture messaging to work.
