Need to cancel service phone has been stolen.

  • Log into your account, go to the device settings page
    https://ting.com/account/devices
    Click on the little pencil "edit" icon to the right of the device.
    Click on the little pencil "edit" icon to the right of "Status" and change it to either suspend (if you will replace the phone and want to keep the number) or deactivate (if you want to cancel service and lose the number).
    Either setting should prevent the phone from accruing any usage to your account.

  • Jon has the right of it. Follow his guiding steps and you will be safe from others running up your usage. If you like, you can also get in contact with us so we can flag the device as stolen. This will prevent it from being activated by someone else.
