Option to manage usage alerts by billing levels; not just minutes/messages/megabytes

So between my phone usage, how much money I currently make, and my generally being a bit of a cheapskate, I'd like to limit my minutes and data to the S level, and my messages to the M level. As such, I set my account to give me usage alerts/suspension right before I hit the levels after that.

I've noticed that Ting periodically changes their billing rates - in fact, they have since I moved to Ting a few months ago. I don't really have a reliable way to keep track of when these changes occur, and even if I do notice a difference, it can be a hassle to adjust alerts/suspension to fit new rates.

As such, I'd like to be able to set my limits to something like 'Restrict Data to S level' and 'Alert me when I reach X messages before L level.' I'd find this a lot easier to manage. Some people might even like to restrict their overall usage to a total billing cost. If you would implement such a feature, I'd really appreciate it. =)

(Also, with the current alert/suspension system, you can create settings like 'When I reach 150 minutes, disable data,' and I don't know how many people would even use such a setting.)

Even if you don't adjust alerts/suspension that way, do you think you could adjust the UI? The current UI is kind of hard to read. I'd like to be able to view my settings based on minutes/messages/data - I'm picturing a different tab for each, with a tab for 'overall.' Maybe something similar for individual devices. The current system -technically- lets you sort minutes/messages/data, but it lumps them all together in one column, and sorts it by numbers first. So if you have a lot of alert/suspension stuff, it can be hard to keep track of. (I only have one alert and suspension level for minutes/messages/megabytes each and even THAT can be hard to keep track of.)

Thanks for your time and service. =)
