Ting help is great!

I've had TIng for about 18 months.  Recently, I had issues getting/sending photos, and limited data coverage.  After talking with Ting service reps, they sent me a new GSM sim card, to switch from CDMA.    I had trouble activating it, and they guided me through lots of settings that I never would have figured out.  End result is that my phone is back in business, and MMS/photos are sending much faster than before.   The Help reps from Ting were great!
