For anyone else reading this with PUK issues: - if you have a CDMA device, we can grab the PUK code for you; just call us or start a chat with us!- if you have a GSM device, the PUK code will be on the top corner of your GSM SIM card packaging (the credit card sized portion)
I have also locked my SIM card. However, there is an increased probability that I have disposed of my SIM card packaging. What should I do?
If you no longer have the packaging with the PUK code on it, and the SIM is locked/asking for the PUK code, you'll need a new SIM card.
