Many public transportation agencies have a 50% or more discount for those who are seniors, for those who are veterans and a majority of the large cell phone providers have a 1/3 discount for current or former federal employees.
Ting would be very appealing for this segment of the population.
Ting's current pricing is already lower than any of its high priced competitors, even with a senior discount factored in.
If Ting offered traditional discounts for seniors (including me) & others, they would need to hide those hidden costs in higher rates.
Ting is against hidden costs. This permits them to keep their rates low for almost everybody.
Since Ting does not hide costs, there are some people who can get less expensive service elsewhere, where other customers are paying those hidden fees.
It just so happens that we do have some discounts for Veterans. If you sign up with us using a specific promotional code, you would receive a 50.00 credit onto the account that would go toward your billing usage. If you are already a customer with us and didn't use the sign up code, we would gladly be able to add it for you :)
I am a Korean veteran. 1950-1954. Discount?
Hey Robert, We still do offer the $50 promo code for veterans if you are looking to sign up. If you signed up and didn't use it we can still attach it to your account for you.
