PDF Invoice Missing Data

In reviewing the posts regarding this subject matter, it has been FOUR YEARS and nothing has been done. Adding the current "Billing Address" and other data elements to the report takes minimal time to add to a static-archive report (invoice).

Seriously, exactly what is the business, technical, or other reasons why this has not been implemented?

NOTE: I'll donate my time to implement and sign NDA to get this done immediately following the coding and documentation standards and practices of the organization.
