Nomorobo support for Ting (a VoIP)
Not planned

I'll chime in too.  Nomorobo has worked great on my land line.  Please add support in Ting!

  • Not sure, but that may be something that T-Mobile has to do.  I have it for my VOIP land line (I use VOIPo).  It's been a blessing to have all those election robocalls be bypassed, particularly given that I'm in the swing state of North Carolina.

  • Hey Douglas!

This is a great idea and we have thought about using latching on to a VoIP system in the past, however at this time it's just not something that is entirely feasible for Ting (which inturn would not allow us to use Nomorobo). Once there is more uproar and interest in this feature, we will more than likely start to discuss more options in creating this. Thanks so much for the post though as we do value this request as it was discussed in the last product feature request meeting.

  • The next best thing is a blacklist-whitelist app. The third best thing is not answering any call not on your contact list.

If you run a business from a mobile phone there is no hope. You will spend all day answering calls from "Bridget", "Microsoft", and various other scammers.

Hmmm, you can run NoMoRobo on your land line (well, a VoIP line, I mean) and forward calls to your mobile.
