I really wish I could stay with you but am going over my minutes every month and my bill is too high. Please put in a request from a very happy customer, especially regarding customer service that if you company would have an unlimited talk I would not be switching
I would love to see your company keep up with what some of the local competition is offering in the way of unlimited talk and text. One in particular is claiming that their Customer Service has been winning awards year after year but if you ask me Ting has the best Customer Service I have ever experienced.
