Hi. I just found out, to my dismay, that shifting a device from CDMA to GSM erases all voicemails. Had I known this would happen, I would have taken steps to record the information I had been storing in those voicemails. It might be a good thing to put a bold warning on the page that discusses shifting from one platform to another so that folks can save anything they want to keep. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that the voicemails were lost in the network switch. This is a good request and I'll be sure to bring it up to the team in charge to see if we can get notification pop up during the process.
