New Customer Credit

 Hi there,

I switched over from TPO, and was wondering how the two months of $25 credit worked. Is this only applied after our first billing cycle? My account currently shows I have a balance, and I can't find anywhere stating I have any kind of credit waiting to be used.

    Welcome to Ting!

    The credits are indeed added as the first two billing cycles complete, so you would see them applied on those bills (and any left-over credit on future bills until it runs out)

    Support can see the credits on their end so you could always send over an email to confirm if you'd like to get in touch but as long as you migrated the number from the TPO to Ting page they would automatically transfer.
