Haven't received ting chips and paid FedEx 2 days!!!!
My friend ordered 2 ting chips, account number #********** and paid FedEx and we haven't received anything!!! We paid more because we wanted to receive this order fast. I want to track the order and of not receiving the next hour I want to cancel and the money back. This is awful.

So, today I was able to track the package. And today it was posted at FedEx tracking page that it was "returned to sender" because it had an unknown (or wrong) address. We went back and checked the order and the mailing address was correct. Just today I received an ups package but not the FedEx. So frustrating.
If your friends SIM card still hasn't arrived we'll need them to reach out to us through our customer support so that we can find out what the issue is. We are open on weekends from 8 am to 11 pm and can be reached by phone, email or online. If you let her know to contact us we can help make sure she gets the SIM cards.
