Messages cannot be sent.

This seems to happen randomly to me, I haven't yet noticed a trend... but it happens multiple times daily.

Sometimes when I attempt to send a text, I will get a error message saying that my text was not able to be sent. I then have to click on retry in order to get it to get sent. The problem with this is that, when I click on retry to resend it, all my other incoming texts from other people just start pouring in.  Apparently, all those texts got held up for some reason until the point where I attempt to send a text, fail, and then resend it manually. During this downtime period, I don't receive any phone calls either. When people call me, my phone doesn't ring and they get sent straight to voicemail.


Does anyone else experience this problem?

     Thanks for reaching out to us. You could try running through our troubleshooting guide for text messages but this sounds like it might have something to do with the backend of your account. We may need to do some investigating through our customer support to find out what is causing the break in communication between your phone and the towers. If you could reach out to our customer support one of our representatives would be more than happy to take a look and help determine this issue.
