Burned out with Ting before I even started

My credit card declined my attempt to purchase a phone from Ting for security reasons. I called Discovercard and got it cleared up and then attempted again to purchase the phone 3 times but Ting kept saying "Declined" even though Discover said I was good to to.

Re-entered all my personal information two times - name shipping address billing address etc etc. and Ting said "declined".

Discover card once again assure me that my card was fine to make the purchase. 

And Discover card never had any additional transactions from Ting. Ting was wasting my time, pretending that my card was being declined when in fact Ting was only recycling the original error message. 

All you had to do was be honest, Ting. Give me an error message such as "contact customer service" or "try a different card".

Why do you think it's OK to waste my time like this?

Do you think I would ever sign up for more of this treatment from you?

Nope. No thanks.
