How can it be!

How can it be that the system is showing that I'm using data when actually I am at home and working off of my own wifi?  I'm just looking to understand your system, I just got activated today...

    I see you have an iPhone on your Ting line. If you haven't already, you'll need to remember to disable WiFi Assist. If you leave it enabled, it can use cellular data even though you're connected to WiFi. 

    If you have it disabled and are still pulling in some cellular data usage, you'll want to see if you can find the offending app in Settings > Cellular. Turn off apps that you would only ever use on WiFi, like Netflix, so they don't use any cellular data even in the background.

    If that fails, send an email to help@ting.com and we'd be happy to dig in a little deeper to investigate what's wrong.
