I've purchased my gsm ting sim card, my phone is compatible. However when I activated it, the test call would never go through. It says it's activated but I clearly have no service, and yes I've re inserted the card, and yes I've restarted the phone. What should I do?

     If you have followed the steps in our activation guide and are still having issues with making a phone call there may be something on the account level that we need to look at. For that we would need you to contact our customer support so that we could pull up your specific account and investigate.
