Stolen Sim card

I had a not activated yet sim card that has been lost or stolen...how do I cancel it to keep from being billed ??

     Our SIM cards aren't shipped with any information on them so if the SIM was lost or stolen the person who found it won't be able to tie it back to you account. As long as you had not activated or used in on your phone they won't be able to do anything with it. 

     What I might suggest though is removing the SIM from your account in case you activate it by mistake when trying to activate a different SIM. Make sure you remove the right SIM card though so that you don't remove one that is in use. If you need a hand determining which SIM you need to remove our customer support team can give a hand with that through phone, email or online chat.
