The title basically says it all, some other carriers allow Video calling without a 3rd party app. Was currous of anyone else wanted this, because it would be a nice feature.
We don't specifically exclude it, but this feature is usually a built-in app to some phones. If your phone software supports it and the other person's phone software supports it, it should work. We don't have a Ting-specific video chat app.
My phone does support, I have the s10+, following this video: https://youtu.be/QqMJwoAmuUQ The option to turn on video calling, isn't there. Unless I'm doing somthing wrong.
The only way you'd be able to get it would be to flash the T-Mobile software to your phone, which we don't encourage. You run the risk of bricking your phone. Instead, I'd recommend using any number of third-party options like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Hangouts or Skype.

The unlocked version of the S10+ does not support the T-Mobile Video Calling feature.
