Install Trauma

Marginal cell reception, hoping Ting would be better, use different towers, installed in device1 to test, then into device2, itz intended home.  Ting failed in device2, back to device1 with sims, multiple help calls to Ting during these tramatizing two hours, all agents capable, but had to keep changing devices, breaking chats, finally ended up with someone who could take the 15 minutes to walk me thru what might be problem, and Success! 

A company that cares enough about customers to keep humans on HELP, will not go quietly into any dark night.
