  • Hi Danny,

Changing your number can be done but what would need to happen is you would need to open a new line on the account and deactivate the old one. This would cause another $6 line fee to to be created for the month that it happens which is something to consider. The other thing to consider is that we don't have any control over the phone number that would be created so you may be in the same situation after the number switch.

If this is something that you still want to do I would suggest reaching out to our customer support by phone, email or online chat so that we can make sure that the current number that you have gets deactivated when you activate the new number. If you need our contact information it can be found here.

  • Seriously, why do you need to remember your number?

As a backup, I print a list of all my contacts (Which includes all my numbers.) and keep it in my wallet, just incase my phone goes dead.

That way I can borrow a phone and still call someone if needed.

You can also have business cards printed up with your number and address.
