Correct "unlimited" on Usage page

We are on the unlimited talk and text plan, with pay-as-you-go data.  But the dashboard on the Ting App usage page shows "unlimited" for all three categories, when the Data is clearly not unlimited.  Then, as we suspected, our bill only reflects the unlimited minutes and messages, with the added charge for Data used.

This seems to be glitch in the App and should be fixed.

  • I just talked with our Product Management team -- this is being fixed right now, and our next app update should resolve this sometime next week. Keep an eye out on your app store for that, and let me know if it's been fixed!
