I just moved from Freedompop to Ting but not receiving any call or text

I have just moved from Freedompop to Ting but I am not receiving any call or text. I am able to call and send text from the phone however. I have removed all the freedompop apps and updated the system. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you know you're in a good Sprint coverage area (check the CDMA map at ting.com/coverage) then we might need to troubleshoot further with you. We can do that if you email freedompop@ting.com at your convenience. We're under heavy load so it might take a bit to get back to you, but we're working as fast as we can!

  • I have Sprint coverage and I am also connected to wifi.

  • And just to clarify, you're using the built-in messaging and Phone apps, right?

    If you haven't yet, it's also worth doing a ##72786# reset on your phone to make sure you're up to date with the Sprint towers. This solves *most* of the issues we're seeing from FreedomPop subscribers not being able to make calls or send texts, but not all.

    If you're still having problems after that, I recommend again being patient and reaching out to freedompop@ting.com so we can help you as soon as we're able.
