Freedompop transfer page not accepting ANY credit cards

Different cards either declined (although two issuers said they show no declined transactions) or yield response "Something went wrong, try again later."

This seems like your credit card processor isn't handling things or the web page doesn't connect with them properly.

     We aren't reporting any errors with our system at the moment so it may worth trying again. If you have any sort of network filter on your internet this can cause issues as well and you may need to turn these off if you are unable to add your information.

  • I am having the same problem, for the last 2 hours cannot complete the process, says, "something went wrong, try again later". This has happened using 2 different browsers, chrome and IE, as well as using my phone.

    Does anyone have an answer please?

  • It's hard to say what could be causing the issue so I would definitely suggest reaching out to our dedicated support team at FreedomPop@Ting.com for help clarifying what the issue is and adding the card. Please do not include your credit card information but do provide any error messages you are seeing so they can help get you up and running on Ting ASAP.

  • I’m having the same issue— I’ve tried several of my cards too and they all have the message “card declined” with a transaction number after it.  Meanwhile I have check my credit cards and they are all active.

    Christian is right on the money here. We've seen this a few times and our dedicated team at freedompop@ting.com is the best way to get this resolved and get you active on Ting. We're still trying to track down the reason it's happening, but in the interim we do have the ability to add cards on the back-end.

  • Same Problem contacted Help Monday at 11:11PM after several attempts to register CC

    Have yet to hear anything back but getting txt msg You're about to loose you phone number!  etc.

    We're working as fast as we can through our stack of emails. Rest assured you can safely ignore messages coming from FreedomPop about losing your number and as soon as we're able, we'll reply to your email request. We're in all-hands mode and running with 10 times our normal volume, so we appreciate your patience on this.

  • This is still an issue. I'm not able to add any sort of payment method to my account, support response says "freedompop offer is no longer valid." but that's not true according to my emails from Ting. I'm not able to contact anyone @Ting for days on end via support email or phone.

  • For anyone still experiencing this issues we would definitely suggest calling in to our support so that we can try to add the card for you and help out if there are any issues.
