Migrated to Ting but I can't make phone calls or get phone calls.

I migrated my phone # to Ting from Freedompop and my phone was working.  Not it will not allow me to make phone calls says my freedompop account is suspended due to billing issue.  I updated my billing information and still it will not allow me to make phone calls or receive them.  It says my phone is disconnected.  I still get data, email, texting....

    If your line is migrated to Ting there is no longer any reason to worry about Freedom Pop billing, it sounds like that message is a remnant of their software/dialer being installed on the phone. I would suggest that you install Hangouts & Hangouts Dialer to set as your default dialer to avoid any interference.
