Sierra 803s LTE hotspot does not connect to internet

New Freedompop customer - have never been able to get my hotspot to work, have requested help multiple times without success.  It connects to 3G but then no internet and tells me to go to sprint.com to load new 3g profile.  I've been waiting for weeks now to go online and I'm sure I'm going to be charged since I first migrated.

    I see your email and I'll reply there to try and help get you connected ASAP. As far as charges I'll cover those with you as well but you can also check from your Ting account anytime from the Current Usage section of your Ting Dashboard.

  • Still unable to connect, Ting no help, one tech gave up and said I'll probably never get my device to connect!  Another said just buy our 30G hotspot.  Some customer service!
