No data service

I have not had data service since 8/4/19. I've rebooted, updated PRL and updated the Profile. It's a Pixel 2... Hoping for help

  • Hey Gershom,

    I do see you've emailed us so I'll reply there as well but to start I would definitely suggest running this update:

    Profile update

    1. Tap the Applications icon
    2. Tap Settings
    3. Tap More...
    4. Tap Mobile networks or Cellular networks
    5. Tap Carrier settings
    6. Tap Update profile or Update device config

    Once that is done you should be able to connect but please do let me know how it goes.
