Why does the Chat option claim to be Online when all options show as Offline?

It is very frustrating to fill out the form and try top select a required option that will not complete after entering the form expecting something to be working.

I refreshed the page multiple times, and every time Chat shows as Online, but all Departments are Offline.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience but with internet customers still having the option to chat we've left it online so they can get in...but mobile chat is still closed while we deal with the huge volume of requests right now.

    However, I would expect that Mobile Chat to show Offline if that is the case.

  • I agree with Clark, and upvoted his comment above. The straightforwardness for which Ting is known would be better served by honesty.
