Beyond frustrated - can't get group texts and data

I have been trying for a week to get ahold of Ting.  I cannot get group texts and my data does not seem to be on.  Beyond frustrated and not wanting to continue with Ting.  HELP!!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble and we're definitely sorry to hear its been so long to get in touch with us.

    I would definitely suggest checking your Ting account for the device settings to be sure data and MMS (CDMA devices, not an option in the account for the GSM devices) is on there as a usage alert/cap may have disabled data.

    I'll also reach out on your support ticket as that way I can have a look at the account and provide insight based on what I see there, here is hoping we get your MMS and data working ASAP!
