I have had nothing but trouble since I migrated from Freedompop. After jumping through a ton of hoops just to get the transfer done, I was able to make calls and texts without issue. I have deleted all freedompop software from my phone but now when ever I try to make a call the Freedompop set up screen comes up and tells me I need to get a new number and activate it to make calls. I have tried to factory reset and have also used a 3rd party dialer but nothing gets rid of the freedom pop set up issue. I tried contacting FP but they wont help me. They tell me that my account is closed and to talk to Ting. Since I cant make calls I can not contact your customer service dept by phone. The request for help I had going through email has been ignored for a week and the second request has sat unanswered for 2 days. I also purchased a new phone and your rep advised me that he would send me a new sim card. That was last tuesday and I haven't received a new sim card nor have I received any response verifying the card was actually sent. I am a retiree with medical issues and I need to have my phone service up and running. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service your company has given me. I understand you are busy with many transfers but that does not excuse days and even a week of no responses.
