Misleading advertising

I was sold a plan of unlimited minutes, phone messages and data, only to discover there is a cap on data of 50000 gigs. However, when I log onto my account on your website, it states my plan has unlimited data. This is false and misleading advertising, and I will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

     We are upfront that the unlimited pilot plan has a cap of 50 GB (we wrote about it in the article explaining the offer here). I'm sorry if there was any confusion we this and hope you have a great rest of the weekend.

  • You are not up front about it because when I log into my account, the plan displayed says unlimited data. If you were upfront about it, the limit would be displayed. If you're so upfront about it as you claim, why is the limit not displayed? So I'll be filing a complaint with the FCC.
